Full Stack .net Developer

Key Responsibilities:

This is an exciting and multifaceted position. Working with a team of skilled and innovative IT professionals, you will play an integral role in developing and maintaining CB’s core .net applications.

• Navigate projects through their entire lifecycle – from requirements gathering to delivery and support.
• Develop and maintain internal and external web applications, ensuring the highest quality of code and reliability
• Provide input and feedback through the development process, in terms of missing functionality to invalid functionality.
• Respond to external customer requests for reporting/analytics.
• Support internal staff, by researching and implementing technical solutions to resolve their unique challenges (i.e. process, software).
• Any other duties required.

Required Technical Skills & Experience:

• 5+ yearsof related experience in designing and building both static and dynamic web
• Must havehands-on experience with SQL Server database, including a good      knowledge of SQL syntax and structure; functional areas should include views, stored procedures, triggers and effective table design.

• Must havecurrent, hands-on experience and proficiency with the following technologies:
• HTML5/CSS3
• JavaScript
• Working knowledge of:
• Bootstrap
• JQuery
• NET Web Forms or MVC
• NET or Entity Framework
• XML
• Web Services
• The following skills would be deemed highly desirable:
• Experience in developing n-tier applications.
• Image editing through Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Fireworks.

Required Education:

• University or Collage Degree is an asset.
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Distribution industry experience is an asset.
