Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Set up and maintain core Product Pricing Matrix, maintaining internal and external contract lists according to customer grouping.
  • Monitor contract pricing performance, including analysis of customer profitability and company margin; follow-up on discrepancies as appropriate.
  • Respond to, investigate, and resolve all pricing and/or rebate issues as they arise.
  • Proactively manage and maintain all pricing records on a monthly basis with branch personnel to ensure all relevant data is accurate, current, and available.
  • Run reports on international currency updates and ensure all appropriate conversion rates in the ERP system are updated accordingly.
  • Perform monthly validations of rebate claims in collaboration with Finance Team.
  • Liaise between vendors and internal teams, and respond to pricing and/or rebate inquires; provide back-up support for the Rebate Administration Team as required.
  • Run daily reports to provide appropriate pricing/product information for internal stakeholders; compile and provide quarterly statistical product information to Statistics Canada.
  • Look for opportunities to continuously improve processes and enhance productivity/profitability.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO OUR TEAM:

  • High School Diploma; post-secondary degree/diploma preferred
  • Knowledge and familiarity with MRO industry-related products and pricing
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong deductive ability; analytical/investigative approach to problem solving
  • Mathematical skills
  • Basic computer literacy; advanced skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Prioritization and planning skills
  • Active listening
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication (English required; French an asset)
