Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for categorization and harmonization, and enriching product data and supporting the continued integrity of the ecommerce content. Provides exceptional data services to enable the company to deliver products to customers via web sales channels.
  • Identification, categorization and harmonization of products.
  • Collecting, enriching, translating and inputting product information.
  • Monitoring, identifying and fixing the missing and low-quality data in the product information database.
  • Collecting and appending digital objects (catalogs, Drawing, images, etc.)
  • Coordinate and communicate E-commerce content plans, ensuring compliance with defined processes and data quality rules.
  • Setup, Monitor and Maintain External E-commerce Channels such as eBay, Amazon, …
  • Communicate and collect required data from Supplier.
  • Working closely and in collaboration with Data Management Teams, Supplier Relationship Management, Purchasing and Logistic Team.
  • Participate in other data related improvement projects.

 

 

 Required Competencies:  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to develop strong relationships (English and French).
  • Able to easily build and advance collaborative relationships – excellent listening skills, consults with others.
  • Detail-oriented, patient and focused when it comes to ongoing and routine data processing work.
  • Quick learner and eager to learn.
  • Process oriented and organized.
  • Able to work well independently as well as working in teams.

Required Technical Skills:  

  • Must be familiar with industrial products (mechanical, electrical controls, process equipment, pumps, bearing, power transmission parts, safety, tools, fasteners and machine components)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel.
  • Familiarity with image editing tools is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Adobe InDesign
  • Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, BS and DIN standard is an asset.

 

 

Required Education & Experience:  

  • College diploma in related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of data processing experience.
  • French language proficiency is required.
